Stepless adjustable speed drive and bag length:packing speed＆bag length can

be set within the machine specification range,no changing parts are necessary.

Unique embedded pattern sealing design to reinforce the heat seal structure,it

gives low sealing noise,neat and clear sealing pattern.Two sides heating with

4 way PID temperature controller to provide excellent balanced heat to suit

different quality of packing laminates.

Modular type machine design ready for multi-product application by simply

 changing to appropriate measuring filling device.

Rotary cutter structure to suit different cutting requirements:After installed with

different cutter assembly with appropriate cutter blade pattern.Single complete cut or

 continuous strip in"-"or "V"is achievable. 

Self- diagnostic on machine fault with machine stops and the machine fault display.

Machine available in PLC, LCDand LED control panel, can be available according to the users

requirement.

Applications:This machine is widely used to pack any loose,

non-cohesive,granule products of the food,pharmaceutical,and

chemical industries,such as Soup mix,Coffee,Instant Drink mix,

Monosodium Glutamate,Oal Meal,Detergent Powder and etc.
